Lottie has given me so much confidence in my fitness. She has encouraged me to push myself to achieve more than I thought I ever could. Every session is unique and carefully planned to suit my aims and capabilities and I am already seeing changes in my body after a couple of months. I couldn’t rate Lottie more highly.
Lottie’s Bootcamps are brilliant. They’re different every time, with team games to help keep you motivated. If you’re struggling she’ll somehow encourage you to keep going and push that little harder. A fun and energetic start to any day which will leave you feeling great.
We wanted to get fitter and train together as a couple. Lottie has been fantastic not only dealing with our various past injuries and varying fitness levels but also at making every session challenging and fun. Lottie has become an essential part of our fitness programme and we look forward to every workout.
As a newbie to regular exercise and having never done a bootcamp or worked with a personal trainer before, I was quite scared about the experience, but Lottie couldn’t have made me feel more at ease straight away. Her enthusiasm, positivity and vast knowledge ensured it was not only an incredible workout, but was so much fun too; which I never thought I would use to describe exercise. As an avid class-pass goer who has tried just about every fitness fad under the sun, I was keen to ditch the underground neon studio lights and techno music in favour of the great outdoors.
